At Sunrise Magnets, each magnet is custom-made just for you, using your photos and memories. Because of this:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges, as personalized products cannot be resold.

•Cancellations  are only accepted within the first 12 hours after purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

• However, If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via email or our contact form.

• To assist you, we will need:

• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.

• A photo of the packaging if it arrived damaged.
